Child Safety Standards

01Our Commitment

WhiteStar Labs is committed to keeping the GetXPersonal Dating App safe and to protecting children from harm. Although GetXPersonal is an adults-only platform that is not directed at or intended for minors, we recognize our responsibility to prevent our service from being used to abuse, exploit, or endanger children in any way.

This document is the published Child Safety Standards for the GetXPersonal Dating App. It explicitly prohibits CSAE, describes the conduct we forbid, and explains how we detect, remove, enforce against, and report child-safety violations. These standards align with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and are informed by the Tech Coalition's best practices for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

02Scope & Audience

These standards apply to all users of, and all content and activity on, the GetXPersonal Dating App across every region in which the app is available. They apply equally to user profiles, photos, messages, and any other user-generated content or behavior.

GetXPersonal is restricted to adults aged 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the service under any circumstances. The presence or absence of minors on the platform does not change our obligations under these standards: we prohibit child-endangering content and conduct regardless.

03Definitions

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child (any person under 18, or under the age of majority where higher). This includes, without limitation, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sexual extortion ("sextortion") of a child, trafficking a child for sex, the sexualization of a minor, and any other act that sexually exploits or endangers a child.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

CSAM means any visual depiction — including photographs, videos, and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery — involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal. It is strictly prohibited on the GetXPersonal Dating App, and we report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities as described below.

04Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the GetXPersonal Dating App and will result in immediate enforcement action:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to, or otherwise distributing CSAM in any form, including drawn, animated, or AI-generated depictions.
• Grooming — building a relationship or trust with a minor, or with a person believed to be a minor, in order to facilitate sexual contact, exploitation, or abuse.
• Sextortion — threatening or coercing a minor to obtain sexual content, sexual acts, money, or other benefit.
• Sexualizing, soliciting, or attempting to engage a minor in sexual conduct or sexual conversation.
• Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
• Any attempt by a minor to access the service, or by any user to facilitate a minor's access to the service.
• Sharing or soliciting personal or contact information for the purpose of harming, exploiting, or sexually abusing a child.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers a child is prohibited, whether or not it is named above.

05Age Requirements & Assurance

Users must be at least 18 years old to register for and use the GetXPersonal Dating App. During registration, users must affirm that they meet this minimum age requirement, and our Terms of Service prohibit use by anyone under 18.

We take action to keep minors off the platform. Accounts that we determine, or have reason to believe, belong to a minor are removed, and we may apply age-assurance and verification measures where appropriate. If you believe a minor is using the service, please report it immediately using the methods in the Reporting section below.

06Detection, Enforcement & Removal

We act to identify and remove CSAE and CSAM through a combination of user reporting, moderation review, and automated and manual safety measures. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE on the GetXPersonal Dating App, we take prompt action in accordance with these standards and applicable law.

Enforcement actions include

• Immediate removal of the offending content upon confirmation.
• Permanent termination of the responsible account, with no warning, for CSAE and CSAM violations.
• Preservation of relevant records as required or permitted by law.
• Reporting of confirmed CSAM to NCMEC and, where applicable, to law enforcement.

Our zero-tolerance approach means that engaging in, attempting, or facilitating CSAE results in account termination and, where warranted, referral to authorities.

07Reporting a Concern

We provide multiple ways to report child-safety concerns, including an in-app mechanism that users can access without leaving the GetXPersonal Dating App and our contact page.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. Reports made to us are reviewed by our safety team, and confirmed violations are actioned and, where required, reported to the appropriate authorities.

08Legal Compliance & NCMEC Reporting

The GetXPersonal Dating App complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates. As part of this commitment, WhiteStar Labs maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or to the relevant authority in regions outside the United States, consistent with our legal obligations.

We also comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we update our practices as child-safety laws evolve. These standards are not legal advice; they describe our policies and procedures for protecting children on our platform.

09Cooperation with Law Enforcement

WhiteStar Labs cooperates with law enforcement and recognized child-protection organizations in their efforts to investigate and prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation. We respond to valid legal requests, and we may preserve and disclose information as required or permitted by applicable law to protect children from harm.

10Child Safety Point of Contact

We maintain a designated point of contact, positioned to speak to our child-safety enforcement and review procedures and to take action when required. This contact also receives notifications from Google Play regarding any CSAE content found in our app.

11Updates to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our service, or applicable law and platform requirements. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date.
